Winemaker Seth Morgen Long has dedicated his project exclusively to Chardonnay, combining traditional Burgundian techniques with Oregon's finest vineyard sites. Sourced from the volcanic soils of Koosah Vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills, this Chardonnay showcases remarkable tension, mineral precision, and the cooling influence of the Van Duzer Corridor.

Under Guillaume Lavollée, Domaine Génot-Boulanger has emerged as one of Burgundy's most respected family estates, guided by meticulous vineyard work and minimal intervention in the cellar. Their Premier Cru Les Grèves vineyard occupies a 1.04-hectare parcel on Beaune's steep, gravel-rich mid-slope, where old vines planted between the 1960s and 1980 produce Pinot Noir with exceptional depth, elegance, and aging potential.
